Clay Crew Sort
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Overview
Clay Crew Sort (bundle ID ai.com.busride), also distributed as Bus Ride Sort on some platforms, is a casual puzzle game for iOS and Android. We do not require account registration and we do not ask players to provide personal information inside the app. The app is supported by third-party advertising and install attribution services, and may offer optional in-app purchases. This policy explains what limited data the app and its built-in services process, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
The app does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, or photos.
Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device so the game can function properly.
To operate and improve the app, we and our service providers may receive device and usage data such as: app version, device model and language, operating system version, IP-derived coarse region, crash logs, performance information, install and session events, gameplay events (for example, level completed), advertising interactions, purchase confirmations (never your payment card details), and resettable device identifiers described below.
Analytics and Diagnostics (Google Firebase)
The app includes Google Firebase services: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. They help us understand app stability, diagnose crashes, measure aggregate gameplay usage, and deliver configuration values. Firebase data is processed by Google according to its privacy practices: see Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Advertising (AppLovin MAX)
The app may show ads (rewarded videos that you choose to watch, and interstitials) served through AppLovin MAX and its mediated advertising partners. Current mediated partners may include AppLovin, Liftoff/Vungle, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, and Google AdMob. Ad partners may process device information, ad interaction data, approximate region, ad performance data, and resettable advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) where permitted by your device settings and consent choices.
Advertising data is used to load ads, prevent fraud, measure impressions and revenue, frequency-cap ads, and improve campaign performance. Without permission or where personalized ads are unavailable, ads may be contextual rather than personalized. Learn more at the AppLovin Privacy Policy, Liftoff Privacy Policy, Unity Privacy Policy, ironSource Privacy Policy, Mintegral Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy.
Install Attribution (AppsFlyer)
We use AppsFlyer to understand which marketing channel an install came from and to measure aggregate campaign performance (including SKAdNetwork on iOS, which reports conversions to Apple without identifying you). AppsFlyer processes install and event data under its Services Privacy Policy. You can opt out of AppsFlyer measurement at appsflyer.com/optout.
Purchases
Where the app offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation that a purchase completed; we never receive your payment card details.
Your Choices
- iOS tracking permission: allow or deny via the system prompt, or anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android advertising ID: reset or delete it in Settings > Google > Ads.
- Personalized ads consent (EEA/UK): where required, an in-app consent flow lets you accept or decline; you can change your choice from the game's settings.
- Data rights: depending on your region (for example GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of your data. Contact us and we will assist, including directing requests to the relevant service providers.
Data Retention
Local game progress stays on your device until you delete the app. Service-provider data (analytics, crash, ad, attribution) is retained according to each provider's policy, typically for limited periods and in aggregated form.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when the app changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
